I have been in practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse since 2011, and feel it is time to bring these services to Caribou County and our community. I envision a clinic that blends advanced practice nursing skills with health coaching and patient education to support patients in achieving healthy living by providing healthcare designed for each individual, offering authentic person-centered care. I will provide comprehensive health assessments, facilitate personalized health goals that empower patients, ongoing coaching and support. I will blend pharmacological treatments with integrative options, according to your preferences. I will be providing community education workshops that focus on healthy living, strategies for physical activity, reducing and managing stress, weight loss, and disease prevention.
